Penske Truck Leasing announced a 16-city, North American 2010 Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) Engine Seminar and Open House. The event debuted September 15, 2009, in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada and wraps up November 17, 2009, in Portland OR.
