ArvinMeritor Inc has appointed Richard Decaire as Canadian regional manager for the company's Commercial Vehicle Systems business. Decaire joins ArvinMeritor from Heavy Duty Manufacturing, where he served as Canadian sales manager.

International Marketing Inc (IMI) has promoted Robert D Fogal Jr to chief executive officer. Fogal's father, Robert D Fogal Sr, founded IMI in 1973. Since 1995, the younger Fogal has been IMI president.

Philip Services Corp has named Robert J Millstone senior vice-president, general counsel, and corporate secretary, effective immediately. Millstone joins the company from Lyondell Chemical Co, where he served as vice-president, general counsel, and corporate secretary.

Alcoa Wheel Products International has named Merrick E Murphy Jr to the newly created post of market manager-e-commerce and accessories. Murphy most recently was commodity manager-packaging, mobile equipment, and extrusion dies.

Terry Boyles is the new Northeast sales manager for Hutchens Industries in Springfield MO. Boyles brings to Hutchens more than 35 years of experience as a representative for manufacturers of fifthwheels and suspension systems. He will be based at his home office in Center Cross VA.

Hino Diesel Trucks (USA) Inc has appointed Ted J Fick to the newly created position of senior vice-president. Fick comes to Hino from Paccar Inc, and has held senior management positions in manufacturing, sales, leasing and parts distribution.

Danny Yolo, service manager for PacLease Windsor CA (Redwood Reliance Sales Co), has been named Paccar Leasing Co's 2000 Service Manager of the Year. The award was presented at the company's annual maintenance management seminar in Indianapolis IN recently.

SupplyLinks Inc has appointed W Roger Curry to its board of directors. Curry, former president and chief executive officer of Consolidated Freightways, brings 30 years of transportation industry experience to the board.
