The Holland Group plans to consolidate its three main United States companies — Holland Hitch, Holland Binkley, and Holland Neway — into a single organization. The company's Canadian and international organizations will continue to operate separately.

This restructuring is expected to achieve cost reductions, increase operating efficiencies, eliminate duplicative administrative functions, and improve service. As part of the restructuring, the company plans to:

  • Adopt an integrated business model

  • Make changes across every function of the company

  • Reduce staffing levels

  • Change some business processes

  • Consolidate employee benefit programs into one competitive program

Employees affected by the restructuring will be offered transition assistance.
