GE Capital I-Sim, Salt Lake City UT, has opened a Driver Development Service Center in Atlanta GA that features classroom instruction combined with driving simulators. Drivers are trained in a full-size, fully operational truck cab placed in a three-dimensional cinema.

"We can train truck drivers to maneuver their 18-wheelers through hazardous road conditions, or emergency vehicles to reach a disaster scene quickly and safely," says Mark Stulga, GE Capital I-Sim chief executive officer. "Our complete program lets drivers take classroom learning straight to a life-like simulator."

The GE Capital I-Sim training provides drivers, at any level, with a thorough training development program.

In addition to the Atlanta training center, Stulga says GE Capital I-Sim plans to open new Driver Development Service Centers in Anaheim CA, Chicago IL, Dallas TX, Denver CO, Philadelphia PA, and Salt Lake City UT.
