Miller Transporters Inc. has promoted Steven Tapscott to vice president of sales and marketing. Tapscott, who joined Miller in 1992, most recently served as national accounts manager for the eastern United States. He replaces Hal Miller III, who was recently appointed executive vice president.
Ruan Transport Corporation has promoted Matt Skembo to director of business development in the Southern California region. He has been with Ruan for 18 months, most recently as management trainee. Skembo previously spent more than six years in the US Air Force stationed in several locations around the world.
