Freightliner Customer Support Division has launched several enhancements to its Alliance Parts web site designed to support commercial vehicle owners, maintenance supervisors, and fleet managers with replacement parts needs.

This web site, www.alliancebrandparts.com, features Alliance brand product offerings, including an online catalog with product information, specifications, part numbers, and cross-reference guides to identify Alliance Parts for all makes and models of Class 5-8 vehicles.

The site has been updated to include a dealer locator with contact information, services offered, hours of operation, and directions to more than 800 dealer locations in the United States and Canada. Visitors can also view the parts and service specials each dealer location is offering. Users can search for special offers by location, product description, or category and sign up to receive notices on parts and service specials.
