The board of directors of the International Liquid Terminals Association (ILTA) announced the appointment of E David Doane as interim president of the association. This action follows the resignation of Melinda Whitney as president, effective September 1.
Whitney joined ILTA in 2003 and was appointed president in 2014. The board has begun a search for Whitney’s successor.
Doane served as president of ILTA from 2002 until his retirement in 2013.
