JCI salutes Ruan for customer service

Ruan Transport Corporation recently received a merit award from Johnson Controls Inc (JCI) for employee efforts to improve quality and customer satisfaction for JCI.

Employees Wayne Ashley, vice president and region manager; Scott Edge, terminal support manager; and Eric MacKenzie, operations manager, each received letters of recognition for their work on the transition from another provider to Ruan.

Ruan began its partnership with JCI in 1994.
