Polar Corporation announced that its Quality Trailer Products and Century Wheel & Rim operations are officially doing business as Rockwell American effective January 2.
This change culminates a year-long initiative to unify the company’s Quality Trailer Products, Century Wheel & Rim, and Rockwell American brands under a single identity. The company’s legal name and structure will not change, nor has there been a change in ownership, management, or locations. The new website address is www.rockwellamerican.com.
“The Rockwell American name has long been associated with quality, reliability, and service, a reputation we’ve maintained since acquiring Rockwell American Manufacturing in 2005,” said Chris Dietemann, president.
Over the years, the company has broadened its line of manufactured and distributed trailer components through acquisitions, product development, and long-term supplier relationships.
In addition to stocking trailer parts through a wholly owned national sales and distribution network, Rockwell American manufactures and markets wheels, axles, fenders, brake components, leaf springs, and other components for light-, medium-, and heavy-duty commercial trailers.
Based in Azle TX, Rockwell American is a division of Polar Corporation, the manufacturer of aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel tank trailers.
