THE JACK Olsta Co, Huntsville, Texas, was the winner of Heil Trailer International's 2010 “Going the Extra Mile” service award.
Taylor Craigen, vice-president of The Jack Olsta Co, accepted the award from Greg Heyer, Heil vice-president of sales and marketing, and Greg Hewitt, Heil president, at the National Tank Truck Carriers 2010 Cargo Tank Maintenance Seminar & Equipment Show in Louisville, Kentucky.
The Jack Olsta Co is one of the largest tank trailer dealers in the United States, supplying new, used, and leased tank trailers to the industry for more than 20 years. The company has built a solid industry reputation by conducting business with a strong ethical focus, building a staff with some of the most knowledgeable tank trailer people available, and putting the customer first.
All of the finalists in the annual competition were awarded a plaque honoring them for their superior service and dedication to customer relationships. Finalists in the competition included Pneumatic Technology, Ft Worth, Texas, and Stuart Tank Sales Corp, Elkhorn,Wisconsin.
The service trophy is presented each year to the distributor with the highest overall customer satisfaction rating as measured by a survey sent to end users upon receipt of a new trailer warranty registration. The survey includes 18 questions covering dealer service, product presentation, and overall satisfaction with the purchase experience. All questions are weighted equally to provide a level playing field for the trailer distributors.
Each of four crystal columns on the trophy signifies a Heil brand pillar: history of excellence, innovative products and service, a rich culture for building strong relationships, and providing superior service. ♦
