Emco Wheaton boosts sales, service levels

Emco Wheaton has strengthened its sales team across the United States, Canada, and Latin America as part of a new drive to raise levels of customer service and technical support for its range of loading arms and associated equipment.

Emco Wheaton has strengthened its sales team across the United States, Canada, and Latin America as part of a new drive to raise levels of customer service and technical support for its range of loading arms and associated equipment.

The new service package, which will encourage closer contact with customers and end users, is designed to increase the company’s market share for its products and systems used in the safe transfer of liquids and gases. The team will also look after the business for sister company TODO and its range of Dry-Break couplings.

Emco Wheaton has transferred sales of its F-line tank truck equipment to the Houston TX facility. These tank truck systems are designed to operate reliably in hazardous conditions, to ensure delivery without spillage or contamination, at the same time protecting the driver and the environment.

The company’s new sales team will be managed by Peter Whipple, sales manager for Emco Wheaton USA, who is based in Houston and focused on loading systems products for Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.

The full team includes Fred Damuth, territory manager for all Emco Wheaton and TODO products in the Eastern and Midwest states. He is based in the Cincinnati OH area. Travis Gepson is the newly appointed territory manager for the Western States and is based in Phoenix AZ.

Covering the New England states for all Emco Wheaton and TODO products is manufacturer’s representative David Wallingford, who is based in Massachusetts. Jim Merthan is the manufacturer’s representative covering the Upper Midwest and is based in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota.

Chris Acosta is territory manager for all Emco Wheaton and TODO products in Latin America, including Mexico, Central America, and South America. Acosta is based in the Emco Wheaton USA office in Houston.

For Ontario, Canada-based Emco Wheaton Corp, Magnus Staaf, sales manager, is responsible for refueling systems sales worldwide and also works as product support for territory managers in the area for Dry-Break and the aviation, off-highway, rail, and bus refueling sectors. Holly Damude is territory sales person for Canada with responsibility for loading systems products.
