The system retrieves DAC reports online as soon as the recruiter decides the driver may be a good match for the company. It automatically classifies drivers by experience and safety record, allowing recruiters to focus on the best drivers.
With the RapidHire iApp, drivers can enter an employment application via the Internet. A link on a company's web site to the iApp takes the driver through a series of interactive, pre-qualifying questions. When the application is submitted, it automatically goes into the RapidHire database and is immediately available for recruiter review.
