ArvinMeritor Inc has named Brian Casey vice-president and treasurer of the company. Before joining ArvinMeritor, he was vice-president of global financial systems for Lear Corp. ArvinMeritor has expanded the responsibilities of Sergio Carvalho, vice-president and general manager of suspension systems, trailer products, and ride control for the company's Commercial Vehicle Systems (CVS) business group. Carvalho now will also oversee and manage worldwide braking systems for the group.
David Gilbert has joined TydenBrammall as quality assurance and product development manager. He previously served as vice-president of engineering and manufacturing for a manufacturer of inspection robotics. TydenBrammall has named Eric Hamilton federal sales manager. He most recently served as quality assurance manager and new product development manager.
Doug Beattie, former senior vice-president of sales and marketing at Liquid Controls, has retired. Beattie, whose career at Liquid Controls spanned 40 years, will be retained by the company under a contractor relationship.
