Philip Services Corp (PSC) has appointed Kevin Brindley vice-president and treasurer, effective immediately. He joins PSC from TMC Global Inc, where he was assistant treasurer-capital markets.

ArvinMeritor Inc has appointed Tom Gosnell senior vice-president and president-Commercial Vehicle Systems (CVS). He will replace Prakash Mulchandani, who is retiring effective Jan 1, 2001. Gosnell most recently was senior vice-president and president-Commercial Vehicle Aftermarket.

The Holland Group Inc has named Rodolfo Sanchez general manager of Holland International SA de CV. He will direct Holland's future developments in Mexico. Most recently, he was partner and director of the Kenworth truck dealership in Pueblo, Mexico.

Mack Trucks Inc has named Arthur Schuller, Theodore "Ted" A Vick, and J Tom Brown managers-national accounts. Schuller most recently was general manager of a major truck manufacturer. Before joining Mack, Vick served as vice-president of sales and marketing with Jost International. Brown accepted a transfer to national accounts, having previously worked as district sales manager with Mack. The company has named Mark Albertson vice-president-vehicle development. Albertson most recently was executive director-vehicle engineering.

Viastar Services Corp has named Phyllis Scott controller. She previously served as manager of accounting.

Cummins Inc has announced that staffers Martha Brooks, vice-president and general manager-truck and bus engine business, and Christine Vujovich, vice-president-environmental policy and product strategy, were selected by Automotive News as leading women in the North American auto industry.

Dynamic Mobile Data Systems Inc (DMD) has named Mike Vesey chief financial officer. Before joining DMD, Vesey, a certified public accountant, was director of financial management at BellSouth Wireless Data and vice-president of corporate planning and development at Mobilemedia Communications Inc.

The Transportation and Engine Products business unit of Camfil Farr (formerly Farr Co) has hired John M Hancock as director of worldwide sales, transportation, and engine products. Robert J Bean has been promoted to national sales manager-transportation products. Hancock served most recently as manager of national OEM accounts with Fleetguard/Nelson. Bean has been with Camfil Farr since 1998.

Transportation Technologies Industries Inc (TTI) has named these district sales managers for United States regions: Bill Gray for parts of the Southeast; Ken Sabbag for parts of the Northeast; Howard Groh for parts of the central United States; Mike Emrick for parts of the South; Larry Richard for parts of the Upper Midwest, Northwest, and central Canada; Curt Herman and Mike McMikle for parts of the Midwest; Steve Judge for parts of the US Great Lakes region; Daryl O'Brien for parts of Canada; and Jack Sullivan for parts of New England.

John Nelligan has been appointed general manager of sales in Canada for the Sterling and Western Star brands. Reporting to John Merrifield, senior vice-president of sales and marketing for Sterling and Western Star, Nelligan was most recently director of Canadian sales for Western Star.

SupplyLinks Inc has expanded its sales team, adding Mitchel Syp in New York City NY, Cliff James in Boston MA, and Bill Cernok in Chicago IL. Syp previously was vice-president of sales for TradeMD.com. James served as regional sales manager for Consolidated Delivery & Logistics in Boston. Most recently, Cernok sold international trade logistics software for NextLinx.
