With PartsPlus, Any Time Is Good for Repairs

A new emergency order delivery service means Mack truck operators and fleet maintenance technicians no longer need to worry about late night, holiday, or weekend repairs. The new Mack PartsPlus program will typically have an order ready for shipment within hours of the call being received at a Mack Parts Distribution Center (PDC), regardless of the time or day.

With PartsPlus, a Mack PDC employee will be dispatched to pick, pack, and load the necessary material whenever a PartsPlus call is received. The same employee will arrange with a carrier for the next available shipment and notify the dealer of the expected arrival time.

All Mack dealers have been provided with PartsPlus instruction sheets that outline proper procedures, contact phone numbers, PDC airport coverage, estimated delivery times and costs.
