Hotsy has introduced a new 1200 series of self-contained, gas-powered hot-water pressure washers with an integrated welded roll cage that secures the heating coil and helps protect the machine.

All eight models of the 1200 series use diesel (or fuel oil) to heat water and produce cleaning power ranging from 3000 to 4000 psi of water pressure and 4.3 to 5.6 gpm of flow volume. These models come standard with the Hotsy belt-drive high-pressure pump that comes with a seven-year warranty. Four models feature a 2000W generator.

The 1200 series models are rated for continuous use and are suitable for heavy-duty, on-site cleaning where electricity is not available. They're so totally self-contained that they only need water from a faucet or tank to operate in the field for hours without interruption. Furthermore, the 1200 models are designed to be installed on a trailer or pickup bed to work in conjunction with a water tank for added portability.

Models are powered by either a Vanguard or Honda engine with electric start, and all have a Schedule 80 heating coil with stainless steel skin and five-year warranty, a 10-gauge engine mount fully welded to a power platform with shock absorbers, thermal rupture disk, and a heavy-duty coil stability bracket for added support when transporting.
