Manufacturing of Raydan's Air Link suspension has begun at ArvinMeritor's factory in Monterrey, Mexico. Initial production will fulfill Raydan's commitments to Mack Trucks and International Trucks and will expand to include new business generated by Raydan and ArvinMeritor.

The licensing agreement with ArvinMeritor authorizes it to market, engineer, and manufacture the Air Link rear suspension product line, up to and including 52,000-lb gross axle tandem weight. Raydan will continue to manufacture and market the Air Link for gross vehicle weights greater than 52,000 lb. This agreement also grants Raydan access to ArvinMeritor's product lines.

The Air Link suspension is a combination of air spring and walking beam technology, which delivers everything the severe-service and vocational truck markets demand in a suspension. It features high roll stability, lower maintenance costs, reduced impact damage, and a smooth ride.
